Who can see my full address?
Your full address is only shared with users you have a confirmed booking with. Until then, only your general area is visible.
Can I hide my profile completely?
You can set your profile to 'Hidden' in search visibility. This means you won't appear in searches, but users you've connected with can still see your profile.
How long do you keep my data?
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, most data is removed within 30 days, though some may be retained longer for legal or safety reasons.
Do you share my data with third parties?
We only share data with service providers who help run SitterRight (payment processing, background checks, etc.). We never sell your personal data.
Can I opt out of data collection?
Some data collection is necessary to use the platform. However, you can opt out of marketing communications and limit optional data sharing in your privacy settings.
How do I download all my data?
Go to Settings → Privacy → Download My Data. We'll prepare a file with all your information and email you when it's ready to download.
