Security Options
Password
EssentialYour basic login credential. Required for all accounts.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
RecommendedAdds an extra layer of security with a code from your phone.
Passkeys
Most SecureModern passwordless authentication using biometrics or device security.
Changing Your Password
Go to Security Settings
Navigate to Settings → Security from your dashboard.
Click Change Password
Find the Password section and click 'Change Password'.
Enter Current Password
For security, enter your current password first.
Create New Password
Enter your new password. It must be at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Confirm & Save
Confirm your new password and save. You'll be asked to log in again.
Strong Password Tips
- Use at least 12 characters for better security
- Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
- Don't reuse passwords from other sites
- Consider using a password manager
- Never share your password with anyone
- Change your password if you suspect it's been compromised
Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
Go to Security Settings
Navigate to Settings → Security from your dashboard.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Find the 2FA section and click 'Enable'.
Scan QR Code
Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) and scan the QR code.
Enter Verification Code
Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to verify setup.
Save Backup Codes
Download and store your backup codes in a safe place. You'll need these if you lose access to your authenticator.
Passkeys
Passkeys are the future of secure, passwordless authentication. They use your device's built-in security features to verify your identity.
- Passkeys use your device's built-in security (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello)
- No password to remember or type
- Resistant to phishing attacks
- Works across devices signed into your Apple/Google/Microsoft account
- Can be used alongside or instead of passwords
To add a passkey: Go to Settings → Security → Passkeys and click 'Add Passkey'. Follow your device's prompts to complete setup.

What if I forget my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email address.
How often should I change my password?
We recommend changing your password if you suspect it's been compromised, or at least once a year for best security.
What authenticator apps can I use for 2FA?
You can use Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, or any TOTP-compatible app.
What if I lose access to my authenticator app?
Use one of your backup codes to log in, then reconfigure 2FA with a new device. Always keep backup codes in a safe place.
Are passkeys supported on all devices?
Passkeys work on most modern devices - iPhones, Android phones, Macs, Windows PCs, and Chromebooks with recent software updates.
Can I use multiple security methods?
Yes! We recommend using both a strong password and 2FA. You can also add passkeys for the most secure login experience.
