How do I stop all emails?

Go to Settings → Notifications and turn off all email notifications. Note that some transactional emails (like password resets) cannot be disabled.

Check that you've allowed notifications in your browser or mobile device settings. Also verify push notifications are enabled in your SitterRight settings.

Can I change notification sounds?

Notification sounds are controlled by your device settings, not within SitterRight. Check your phone or browser notification settings.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via Settings → Notifications, or click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any marketing email.

Will I miss important notifications if I turn some off?

Critical notifications like security alerts and booking confirmations are always sent. Optional notifications can be customized.
