Adding a Payment Method
Go to Payment Settings
Navigate to Settings → Payment Methods from your dashboard.
Click Add Payment Method
Click the 'Add Payment Method' button to add a new card.
Enter Card Details
Enter your card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing address.
Set as Default (Optional)
Choose whether to make this your default payment method for future transactions.
Confirm
Your card will be saved securely. You may see a small authorization hold that will be released.
Managing Your Cards
Set Default Card
Click 'Set as Default' on any saved card to use it for future payments automatically.
Update Card Details
If your card expires or details change, add a new card and remove the old one.
Remove a Card
Click the delete icon on any card to remove it. You can't remove your only payment method if you have active bookings.
Your Security Matters
- All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor
- We never store your full card number on our servers

- We support 3D Secure authentication when required by your bank

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, to handle all card information. Your full card number is never stored on our servers.
Why was my card declined?
Cards can be declined for various reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect details, expired card, or your bank blocking the transaction. Check with your bank or try a different card.
Can I use a prepaid card?
Most prepaid cards work, but some may be declined. We recommend using a standard credit or debit card for the best experience.
Why is there a small charge on my card?
When you add a card, we may place a small authorization hold (usually $1 or less) to verify the card. This is released immediately and is not an actual charge.
Can I save multiple payment methods?
Yes! You can save multiple cards and choose which one to use for each transaction, or set a default card.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in multiple currencies. The currency you're charged in depends on your location and card settings.
