How to Submit a Report
Go to the Profile or Listing
Navigate to the user profile or listing you want to report.
Click the Report Button
Look for the 'Report' or flag icon, usually found in the menu or at the bottom of the page.
Select the Reason
Choose the category that best describes the issue from the dropdown menu.
Provide Details
Write a detailed explanation of the issue. Include dates, specific incidents, and any evidence.
Attach Evidence (Optional)
Upload screenshots, photos, or other documentation that supports your report.
Submit Your Report
Submit the report. You'll receive a confirmation email with a reference number.
What Happens After You Report
Report Received
Our Trust & Safety team receives your report and assigns it a priority level based on severity.
Initial Review
A team member reviews the report and may reach out to you for additional information.
Investigation
We investigate the issue, which may include reviewing messages, profiles, and contacting the other party.
Action Taken
Appropriate action is taken based on our findings and community guidelines.
Follow-up
You'll receive an update on the outcome of your report (while respecting privacy).
Possible Outcomes
Minor Violations
- Warning issued to the user
- Content removed or edited
- Required to update profile/listing
Moderate Violations
- Temporary account suspension
- Feature restrictions
- Required remediation steps
- Formal warning on record
Severe Violations
- Permanent account ban
- Reported to authorities if applicable
- Legal action if warranted
- All bookings cancelled
Tips for Effective Reports
Be Specific
Include dates, times, and specific details about what happened.
Keep Evidence
Save screenshots of messages, photos, or any relevant documentation.
Don't Engage
If you feel unsafe, don't continue interacting with the person. Block them if needed.
Report Promptly
Report issues as soon as possible while details are fresh.
Your Report is Confidential
- Your identity is never shared with the person you report
- Reports are reviewed by our trained Trust & Safety team
- We take all reports seriously and investigate thoroughly
- False reports are also taken seriously and may result in action against your account
